Empower a Woman – Help me start my business

Dear Friend,

I'm a woman interested in starting my business. The company's objective is to build quality, full service residential property rental services to its clients. Our goals include:

1. Raising funding of $100k to purchase, refurbish and rent out residential flats.
2. To develop a profitable startup business.
3. Develop a professional sense of trust in the neighborhoods that we have our business in. People should be able to entrust their accommodation needs to us.
4. Offer a clean, healthy and conducive environment for residents to stay in.

Our fundamental objective is to realize how we impact the community that we do business in, knowing that we will stand the test of time if the local residents approve and support our business.

As the company profits grow and the company receives subsequent investment, the company also has plans to provide shelter to the homeless in any way it will afford to. The long term plan in this non-profit initiative would be to ultimately have a construction division within the company that will allow it to build homes at lower cheaper rates. We will work with municipality to see how private companies like ours can be of benefit to the poor and homeless. We believe that every business had a social mandate to help the community from which it reaps profits.
