Help me start business

Hello everyone I'm here to ask for your help and here is why. My previous business as trasnporter failed cause my ex-partner stole everything(I never suspected it that would happen) and from where I'm from I couldn't get any money back even after all my savings being spent on lawyers. I ran out of funds and coudn't finish what I started. I'm single mom with two beautiful, smart kids. My ex-husband doesn't have a job and he recently got out of prison, and don't get me wrong he is a good man who made a mistake. We are from Serbia. I'm looking to start a new bussines and get it right this time. All I can say is thanks to everyone who can help me even a little bit. Sorry for my english.
