Help me start a new life

hi, im currently 24 this year and need some help. I have mountain of debts to clear by the end of the year.

I come from a poor family background. As i am growing up, i equip myself with discipline and financial education, also making the right decisions. But everything when down when i join a new company. All my savings have been wiped and effectively placed me in debt. A huge mountain of debt i must say. Imagine being placed in an environment with zero knowledge and zero mentorship and help. Empty promises from higher up. I have no one to look up to and be strong. Then i realised, it effectively killed me. In order to leave the company, i have to break the contract which is what im working towards.

Currently im working part time to clear the debts, but i cant pay it off. Once it hits end of the month, the fee would be doubled. I cant do this alone, im trying my best to save up, as projected , i can only do it half way. Here i am, sincerely asking for help. Thanks.
