Help me start a business in Africa

Hi Guys! I'm a 32 year old man raising money for a start-up transport business. In December 2015 I acquired a passenger mini bus on loan. I Acquired the bus for US$7,500 and I paid US$3,250, leaving a balance of US$4,250. I was supposed to pay the balance by April 29 2016, but I failed due to harsh economic conditions. An additional US$750 is required for licencing. However I was given a one month extension to pay up that's why I decided to ask for help here. The new due date is 29 June 2016, failure I might loose the bus. It is my desire and wish to run a successful business to fend for my family and support my community.I will support the community by creating employment in the transport sector.
