Help me SMILE

My beautiful daughter isn't smiling much, when she was a baby, she only had 2 bottom lower teeth not 4 like the rest of us. Which we never knew till we took her to an orthodontist, he suggested we widen her jaw and make room for an implant. we did that, she had her braces and wore them for the full time expected. unfortunately, she didn't wear the retainer as necessary but did wear her flipper (it had a fake tooth) which she thought was good enough. Well now at 30 years old, she needs to straighten her teeth and have the implant put in, She works and goes to school, she makes too much money to have funded health insurance and needs more hours before she can get on her work plan. SHE NEEDS HELP. please help her smile.
