Help me shoulder surgery

My name is Mira , I’m 22 years old . I have been suffering for Biceps tendonitis and retator cuff . I need money for surgery at the end of this year because my saving are not enough. I have been suffering from my pain for two years and half . And this surgery is my last resort because all work I did with my right hand. he has disturbed my daily work. Many various medicines and massage I have done to reduce this pain but not reduce this pain as well. I have also met various hospitals and doctors to identify the illness I've been going through but the last hospital has found a cause for the pain I've experienced over the years.
