I am running a campaign for the completion of our guest house in beautiful B.C.'s Pacific Northwest Coast where we are as far north as you can go besides Alaska.

We are at lock up stage, and the building is air tight with all windows, doors and siding installed. The plumbing is done throughout.

We have the second floor electrical complete, however, we still need the electrical mast and panel box to be installed, and the first floor electrical to be completed before we can start the closing in phase, and the finishing stage; i.e drywall, tape and mud painting, flooring installation, lights and fixtures, running boards etc.

Being that we live in a coastal and fishing community, where you can come and enjoy sunsets, stargazing, wildlife and our beautiful lake, there is ample space and resources for other adventures such as, a picturesque getaway surrounded by ocean and mountains, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding. George town lake where you can kayak, canoe, fish and swim. We are 45 KM's north of Prince Rupert, overlooking Chatmen Sound on the Pacific North Coast, 15 minutes from Work Channel, a popular fishing destination and a sports fisherman's dream..

Our goal is to have a cozy guest house that offers you a private place to relax, rejuvenate, and explore. Our meeting space will be equipped with all current technology and necessities such as wifi, fax, internet, fax/scan/printer, smart board, and satellite internet, this is our end goal.

We are seeking capital to help finish off this dream, so lets see if dreams really do come true.

Thank you
