Heart illness/pulmonary edema admitted at ICU Mactan doctors hospital

I received a call from my twin sister and she told me that our mom was rushed in the hospital and is very critical. She said At first our mom had lost her appetite for a week and not in her normal strength. we asked her if she was okay and she said she was just fine. Earlier she lost her muscle strength and cant stand up so we rushed her directly to the hospital- Mactan Doctors. My mom was admitted earlier 04/23/20 at ICU due to Cardiomegaly and both lungs has pulmonary edema currently critical at Mactan Doctors Hospital located at Lapu Lapu Cebu. She has oxygen supporting her and nasogastric tubing. I am very worried most especially I am living at Cagayan De Oro and there is no means of transport going to cebu because of lockdown. My twin sister who is supporting our family at cebu is not yet working due to Enhanced Quarantine because of COVID-19. I am asking your generous hearts to help us raise money for her hospital bills. PLEASE HELP OUR MOM. This is the least I can do to help her raise money for medications. We wanted to our mom in good condition. We haven't seen each other since 2017 and I wanted to see her in good health back on her feet and smiling.
