Help me save my kitten Hermione

My 6 months old kitten named Hermione (not sure if 6months is her exact age) she was a stray cat and I got her from the street. I'm a cat lover so every time I see a cat/kitten in the street I have this urge to get it. For now I have 6 cats. They are all stray cats. Anyway, my kitten who is 6months old is having this green discharge for almost 2 weeks now. I'm not sure if she's gone through heat stage yet. I didn't notice as I was busy in my work. I'm really worried and I feel like I'm a coward for not seeking medical assistance as soon as possible. Mainly because I cannot afford to have a consultation to a Veterinarian. And I heard that it requires surgery which costs 5,000. I'm only 22 years old, my job isn't enough to cover those expenses. I am writing this because I want to ask help from you guys.
