Help me save my girlfriend from abusive parents

For the last 5 years my girlfriend has been mentally and phisically abused by her parents, who now decided to kick her out of their house once she turns 18. She has nowhere to go and I don't know how to help her. We are running out of time.

I met her about 5 years ago, when I was 14 and she was 12. We became friends and started dating after some time. For years we have been hiding our relationship from her parents because she is afraid them. About 2 years ago she called me in tears and told me she couldn't take it anymore, so we decided to run away. It didn't last long because we were both underage and legally we could not just leave like that, so we got brought back home by the police. It just made the whole situation with her parents even worse.

I am now 19 years old and decided I will not go to college so I can find a job and help her out as much as I can, first by giving her a place to live. Long story short, it's not as easy as I thought it would be.
