Help me save my floofer.

Hi everyone.

My name is Eleanor, and im a 20 year old student. The reason that i am starting this campaign is to raise funds to get treatments for my best friend of 9 years, Cuba. Shes a half pomeranian, half papilon breed and she's the best doggo in the world.

We basically grew up together, and about a year ago, she developed a lump on the back of her neck, which the vet diagnosed as a malignant (cancerous) cyst. It was dormant for a couple of months, and then it suddenly burst. Since then it has never healed over, and she scratches and picks at it all the time so it's constantly bleeding. Now more and more cysts keep forming all over her body.

My friend told me she lost her dog in the same way, and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I lost Cuba because I can't afford the hospital bill. I have been saving some money for some time now but I don't think I'll have enough time to come up with the full amount on my own!

I know not a lot of people really understand what it means to have a dog as your best friend, but she really means everything to me and I can't live without her.
