Help Me Save My Family Home

My name is Werner, I need help in saving my family home from falling apart. This house is occupied by myself, wife, 3 children and Grandchildren, because of my large family I decided`to redecorate and extend the building so that their will more rooms but unfortunately it resulted into a big disaster. I was given a quotation of £28000 by this local builder. Signed the contract and made a deposit £10,000.

The builder started well by knock down the living room & Kitchen Walls etc but immediately I gave him the second payment of £8000 he stopped picking up my calls. I was fortunate one day when he finally picked up but end up apologising and coming up with excuses. After sometime he disappeared and his two phones went dead.

I was devastated and helpless with a home uncompleted and inhabitable. My whole family and I end up in Bed&Breakfast. I guess am a victim of Cowboy Builder.

I really need your help to be able to complete the extension of the building.
