help me save my daughter’s life

this is my daughter Celeane, and she has been suffering from a condition known as enlarged heart (cardiomegaly). her condition is getting worse as time passes by, even the medication seems to help her only a little, she has been diagnosed with this condition since she was 6 months old. and by now it's getting worse. we can't afford the operation needed (open heart surgery) because i don't have a good salary, my wife left me and Celeane last year and decided to live with someone else. i left for Manila to look for a better job but i came back to Zamboanga because my mother died and i have no one else left to look after and take care of my daughter. but now she is in need of urgent medical attention because her condition is not getting any better. sometimes she would walk outside our house then will come back after a minute panting and sweating with her lips turning dark, crying and uttering that she can't breathe. even at night she would wake up gasping for breathe and crying. as a father there is nothing more painful than seeing your only kid in pain and you can'tdo a thing. the doctor said that she needs an to undergo an operation because medications alone won't do any good. buying her medicines alone is very hard for i am only a minimum wage earner, what more an operation? so with a heavy heart and wishful prayers, i am asking for your help. as a father i am begging you. i need help, i want my daughter healed and i want her to be happy. i want to see her grow old. i need your help.
