Help me save my brother from HIV and Pneumonia

I am Daniel Sabiniano Jr from the Philippines, Taguig City, 34 years old. My younger brother ( 29 years old ) who is residing in Sta. Cruz, Laguna Philippines was recently diagnosed with severe pneumonia and unfortunately he became positive for HIV. Also, he had just overcome depression. He just got out of the hospital on the 2nd of March 2020 and that's because we made a promissory note to pay the balance in installment. It really breaks my heart knowing that he is HIV positive because we all know that HIV does not have a cure. My brother is doing good now but he must have oxygen tank beside him always and I believe that drinking food supplement such as ( INTRA ) makes his body more stronger. The reason why I am kindly asking help here is because we still have balance from the hospital where he was confined ( I can also provide proof of our credit ) plus he still needs to undergo treatment for HIV. I am begging for your help, any amount will do and I will be forever thankful for your help.

I am a call center agent here in the Philippines, to be honest my salary is not enough to assist him in his medication but we are doing our best to support him on his expenses ( food diet and medicines ). My father does not have a job and my mother is an on call massage therapist, while my sister works in an office.
