Help me save my babies

My ex-husband has done everything in his power to keep my two youngest children away from me but I was finally able to spend two weeks with them and then Mother's day weekend only for me to understand why now.... My children are being mentally and emotionally abused. They see everything now and want to live with me but of course we have to go back to court and it is very expensive way more than I can afford! I held my son in my arms while he cried and told me he wanted to live with me. He said "dad hates us he just don't want you to have us and that he wants to run away he hates it there". My heart breaks so much! Before I left I did file a new petition with everything my babies shared with me also I have called cps which they are still be investigated. I promised my babies I would not give up on them ever I will keep fighting! It is sad courts don't listen to children and it is soooo expensive!

I need any help I can get to fight for my children I should have a court date four to six weeks from May 13, 2019. I am short on time to figure this out but had no choice since we are in different states and I could only file petition in person.

Last year I fought him in court and was it going in my children's favor so he decided to withdraw his petition so I wasted thousands of dollars to end up in the same situation I was already in.
