Help Me Save Fund My Dialysis and Kidney Operation

Hi, I am a 32-year-old  male from the Philippines. I have been diagnosed with diabetes since I was 17 years old. Both my eyes have been operated for cataract, and I have suffered from necrosis on both my foot. Lately, the doctors have said that my kidneys were failing. I have acute pyelonephritis, which requires me to go to dialysis twice a week. The cost of the dialysis  is starting to drain my finances, and I am afraid that I may not be able to continue with my dialysis sessions soon. Please help me finance my dialysis. Every amount counts. The cost of dialysis per session is about $65. It is not too much in other countries, but in our country, it  is expensive. I need to undergo dialysis twice a week, which happens every Tuesday and Friday. Please, I need help with  my dialysis expenses. I still want to live; I still want to get married...  
Furthermore, I want to ask help to any organization or individual who can help me finance for my kidney transplant. It is a very expensive operation. Luckily,  I have a friend from Canada, who is willing to donate her kidney to me. If everything goes well, I can return to my normal life with her kidneys. However, the cost of operation, or even the cost of tests to  to be done to check if we are matched is beyond my ability right now. I was really touched that she wanted to help me, even if we are not related. Please help me fund  my kidney transplant operation. This is the only way I can get my normal life back; that is, if I can get a  new kidney. 

Please, i still want to live. Help me fund my cause.
