Help Me save a young woman from Domestic Violence

I seriously don't know the extent of the definition of gender-based violence BUT I have a neighbour, a young woman who was married off at a tender age as a third wife. This young lady has a desire to get a child of her own. She has been getting pregnant, and every time she is pregnant the husband has always forced her to abort. she says she has repeatedly done it and has lost over three pregnancies, all these she does in tears. It breaks her heart whenever she has to lose another kid.  The problem is, she is unable to leave the husband. Whom will she turn to, she is jobless and with no skills to enable her to start earning and to make matters worse, she is pregnant again. She can't go back to her home because she was sold out and her family would have to return the dowry.
