Help me save a life

Hello all , first off I want to say that I feel funny doing this , but I don’t wanna be selfish and let pride stop me from giving Vladimir the gift of life . All donations are appreciated and I will say a prayer for each and everyone of you that if ever you go through hard times god will return kindnesses to you .

I am a 42 year old male living in mahopac ny, a few months back (during Covid ) I saw an add from a father of 3 looking for a kidney transplant to save his life . That night I don’t know something inside me told me to help him , it felt like a higher being (a god) telling me michael help this man . So that night I messaged him , we spoke for a few minutes and I then decided I would go through with this . With Covid all appointments were pushed back , but now I am going through the process , yesterday I had a video conference (zoom) with the coordinates from Cornell , today I had a call with the financial specialist, this is where doubt came in , the recipient (Vladimir) insurance covers such things as

Surgery

Medication (limited time )

Follow ups after 10 days 6 months an 2 years

Here is where the problem lies his insurance does not cover

Lost wages (4-6 week recovery)

Transportation (I don’t not have a car and one way by Uber is over $100)

It does not cover medicine after a certain amount of time , no wonder people have a problem getting donators (especially strangers )

I am making this page because I really want to help Vladimir and I really can not figure out a way to financially, I would either use this money for 1-2 things A. Buy a cheap car so I can go back and forth to appointment

B. For Uber’s to and from mahopac to Cornell . And some wages relief to be able to live while I’m recovering. I want to save vlads life for his children , I to have a child of my own and would never want to see her go through the pain these kids will if he is not helped soon . I maybe his last hope . I ask anyone out there that can help in anyway it would be so appreciated, not only will you be doing a great thing , you will be contributing to saving a life . Thank you for reading my story .

I am going to include some pictures , like the ad I saw that started it all , some proof that I’m in contact and have appointments with the transplant center , and and 2 pictures of me , one from late March (when I decided to do this ) and one from now , because I am so dedicated to doing this I lost 44lbs .
