Help me restart my life

I’ve worked for 16 years without a day off (if you don’t count a dental operation) in health and social care and education. I’m a care leaver and suffer mental ill health. I’ve had mental ill health since I was 14 and never let it influence my life, instead using my knowledge to support others. Unfortunately this year my impeccable health record and life suffered a major crisis and I’m literally in the worst position I’ve been in ever. My mental health has erupted in force, I’ve been hospitalised and I’m going to lose my job. My health crisis has or at least will now effect any chance of me continuing to teach or work in healthcare.
