Help me renew my home

Hello, my name is Marko, 25 years old, and I would like to renew my parents home. I have a full time job, but my salary is just enough to cover my living, so there isn't much left for any type of renewing. The house would need new windows, roof and facade, the rest is in OK condition. I can't get a loan in bank, because there isn't much left from my salary anyway.
