Help me remove my keloid

I’ve had ear keloids for awhile now and it has been growing as time passes. I heard about the potential risks such as losing part of my ear and losing eyesight if I leave it untreated. I am petrified and want to remove it with professional medical help but I am only a student on and I can’t afford $1000 for cryotherapy and $100 monthly thereafter for steroid injections to prevent the keloids from surfacing again.
