I would like to remodel and rebrand my family minimart for a Christmas present.
This minimart was built by my parents and it was a super good business. Until 5 years ago my brother came and took over and mess it up. The business went down so bad and made my parents become upset So I think Its time for me to take over. I need funding to remodel and rebrand it.
My plan for this business:
October to December 10, 2018 Get fund and draft remodeling and rebranding plan.
December 11-19, 2018 remodel and set up the system for minimart
December 23, 2018 soft opening
December 25, 2015 Grand Opening and show up my parents that they can fully retire and relax knowing all their hard work will pay off in the future. The remodeled minimart is for their Christmas gift.
