I live in an area where there is no shortage of job seekers for a relatively small number of openings. I keep getting frustrated by recruiters sending me postings for Texas, the Dakotas, Utah, Arizona and others when I'm all the way in Virginia.

I need to start putting together a relocation fund so I can have the freedom to apply for a job anywhere one is presented to me with the confidence that I can make it work.
