Help Me Realize My Goals

Hello,

My name is Kevin and I am a struggling millennial like everyone else. I attended a university my family could not afford and was forced to drop out. To top it off my my debts just keep piling on because I cannot afford to pay back all my loans plus interest on a minimum wage salary here in los angeles. My parents are unable to help me pay off my loans, and I cant seem to make enough money after bills to even buy food. I currently have .13 cents in my bank account and I feel like I have hit a dead end. My life seems like it will never get better and I will never be able to realize my goals. I am currently trying to study for a license here in Los Angeles because I cannot get a job without my bachelors, and I never have the money to even apply. I need this license in order to further my life and I am willing to work for it. I am here asking out of desperation for any help to allow me to just APPLY for this license.
