Help me re-start my life so I can help/render service to others, too

I have been through a lot of things in life, but I always strive to do my best. I want to better my situation, fix my personal life, and help others who are in need in no matter what small way I can.

These are the things that I plan to set up or achieve, and the things I may need, they may not be all inclusive but will be updated as necessary.

1. I want to be a painter, I need a studio, gallery, and materials.

2. A place to stay in Boracay, Philippines with a rescued dog, and cats.

3. I need to fix my personal life.

Although things are still difficult now, I am glad and thankful for having survived through difficult times, for having learned some skills and for having had the chance to improve my talents and abilities along the way and share them. Neverthess, living alone for more than 8 long years has been very difficult and a sad, lonely existence.

I need to help my daughter have a college degree, and I would like to help my 89 year old sick mother, too.

6. Orchard, Fruit bearing trees. Give fruits for free (1/2 farmers/gardeners. No using of insecticides)

7. Venue for Music and Theater

For Meaningful performances focusing on Truly Caring/Truly Loving, only.

Concert for a cause

Performers: Local, national, international artists/musicians

Beneficiaries: orphans, cancer victims, the aged, single parents, underpriviledged, people with disability (pwd), the homeless, pet rescue centers, scholarships, etc.

SOURCE OF FUNDS: Donations, and if my paintings, and other businesses pick up and will be very successful, I will donate to the school itself and for its beneficiaries.

Work in Progress Concept/Guiding Principles of the alternative school:

In context, if you have nothing good, constructive to say, please keep quiet. But if it is called for, then speak up, but keep it as respectful as possible.

Develop good Character. Things are important but they only lead to things at best.

Be as simple as possible. By being simple, you have more time, space and resources for things that are really important. I

Do your best. You may fail, but just do your best and learn from your mistakes or failure. Practice, improve and pray. If you are tired, take a rest.

It is not what you have, it is what you do with what you have.

Stay humble. Never use what you learn, your talent, skills and abilities to take advantage of anyone. Never brag about your talents, skills and abilities, it destroys what you have, and you, it leads to Nothingness.

Be kind, give considerations if necessary but be firm and make a stand for what is right.

Use your talents, skills and abilities to render quality service/provide quality products in the scope of True Caring/True Loving towards a better world, and good things will follow. It is the way to Eternal Life (Luke: 10: 22-37).

Be respectful. Be thankful, most specially to God. God truly exists.
