I am here to reach you, seeking help financially for my kidney surgery medication. I was diagnosed kidney stone and Obstructive Uropathy and then undergone surgery last February. Me and my wife are employed and we have 2 kids, but until my surgery has done there were so much expenses and our savings are not enough which it puts us to zero financial state now.
