Help Me Raise Fund to Renovate Home

Hi, just trying this out.

I recently purchased a townhouse in Bulacan, funded by pagibig. I have been paying for it for 2 years now out of 30 years...yes, its a long way to go. But, its a dream come true, to call something your 'own'.

I surprised my mother by telling her we finally got our own home. It was on her birthday. Since i were little, we have been jumping from places renting rooms. It was an exhausting experience, mostly owners don't accept us since we're too many (I have 7 siblings and I'm the eldest), so just imagine the joy and happiness my mother felt when she learned we finally have our very own house and lot.

However, it was just that. House and lot. Since I am the only bread winner, and the monthly amortization on going, I wasn't able to fix or renovate the unit. I couldn't save up for the renovation. It would take years for me to do that. So the unit is still barren, and uninhabited. We are still renting room.

I hope to raise enough to start the house I bought become a home...for my family. Hope anyone can help. I really appreciate it! Thank you and godbless.
