Help me pursue my dream of game design

Greetings all,

As the title says, I seek to pursue my dream career, working as a game designer. In order for me to do this, my goal is to raise the funds to contribute towards my independent study (via online courses) & purchase of a pc capable of supporting my learning & game designer-related needs (a pc that can download & run development engines such as Unity, Unreal etc, whilst still maintaining high performance to run other related game development software etc).

The reason why I have turned to campaign funding is because I do not have the finance or financial aid to support my goals, as unfortunate private affairs have drastically impacted my finance: such as my mother kicking me out of her home on two separate occasions, due to the fact that her boyfriend and I clash, as I disagree with his old fashioned values, resulting in me having to hotel hop and sofa surf etc. This has resulted in me spending approx £5,000 of the money I'd saved to gradually get back on my feet. Nevertheless, I seek to make this game designer dream a reality and therefore seek independent study, as well as a pc that can meet my needs - all of which will enable me to gain the practical skills necessary to enter the field.

There are many worthy causes on this site, therefore I do not desire for mine to take priority, as any contribution amount will be greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small. I am not looking for a handout, just help where it can be offered, as I shall be contributing with my own finance also. I would also like to take this time to thank in advance, those who aid me in fulfilling my dream.
