Help me pursue higher education in graduate school

Hi,

Let me introduce myself to you. I am Raafat a Computer Engineering student from Egypt. I want to study Quantum Computing and Technologies, as I believe I can add to these fields and I have already taken some MOOCs on the fields.

I have always been a high achieving student and good with everything STEM related and languages too. I am ranked fourth on my class and have a cumulative university grade of 84.483%. I got a 108 in TOEFL when I got a chance to sit for it for free a while ago. Now, there is the still GRE and university application fees. I have searched and found most universities do not offer fee waivers for international students.

The burden of the GRE and university fees is quite magnified due to the current economic situation in Egypt and the high and unfavorable exchange rates. I did the calculations and found out that the fees might amount to a month's worth of income and this is unattainable of course for me now.

So, I ask all of you a favour: that you help me continue my efucation journey and help me overcome the financial hardship that prevents me from pursuing my dreams
