Help me Purchase a Used 1993-2000 Mitsubishi Pajero (Stick Shift)

I need some help in funding for purchasing a 2nd Hand Mitsubishi Pajero 4x4 (Stick Shift) Manual Transmission which is very rear and parts are available at all times and capable in driving City Floods which is my area is prone to flood. Though I may have not have enough funds since my current car is a sedan and the resell value is too low in exchange of the said vehicle.
