Help me, please, to pay for my food licenses to open up my commercial kitchen.

Hi everyone. I'm immigrant who lived in Australia for the last ten years. This ten years was difficult as everithing is new, culture, language, people. I've been working so hard like 2-3 people, in the hospitality industry. No body respect them staff even if you work 100 pecernt, give then all your free time, your energy, your health... I always dream to open my commercial kitchen, work for myself, for my family. I think everyone can understand how it works for someone. I have a big passing for food, I would like to share my dishes with my customers but I have no money to pay for food licenses. If you could, please, help me with this, I would be kindly appreciate.
