Im not good at writing in English but I need your help

Six months ago my the worst nightmare I've ever imagined became real, cracks in my home's walls started The district and the place where I live has humid, walls were build with adobe (that's a very old construction material) about 100 years ago. My family is poor, have no much resources, My father passed away when I was 2 year old. My mother have been saving money for almost 10 years, in order to move from here to another place, but she retired from working 2 years ago and her salary as police woman here it's not so good, that's why we have just few savings, not enough for move or even rebuild our home, here in Perú, construction materials are expensive, houses and apartments are expensive too (You can search FOR PRICES in any peruvian real estate website to make sure that I'm not liying at all) Now I have 24 years, 4 years working hard day by day, by I have expenses as everybody (food, bus, services, university) I don't buy any clothing since 2016' s Christmas, dont make any useless expense or something similar.

I beg you to help me, My grandma who is 85 is blind, she is suffering from respiratory diseases and she is really sick, because of humid, cold weather and not only that but the place here is kind of dangerous, there are many gangs, pollution, robbery, drug-selling and things like that (If you want to know the place where I Live. It´s Rimac - Plaza de Acho) Houses here are at least 100-year-old.

People that are reading these please I need your Help, The local council decreed that we should move by the end of this year at maximum if we will be vacated. I know you can help me and I will go ahead for my family, (mom grandma and Cousin). Anywhere you are, you will be helping an entire family that dream everyday about getting in a better place an improve their life.

If you realize how much a house costs here or an apartment, they're about 100,000 dollars or 80,000 dollars at minimum. I'm asking you all 28,000 dollars that is the amount we need to buy materials and build an small apartment with two bedrooms. Demolition and License for a new construction (about 5000 dollars) we are affording that, Is all we have right now, after 20 years of saving. Maybe you're in a best economic situation.
