Help me payoff my school

I recently just completed a Degree from Kaplan University, in order for me to receive my degree i have to payoff a balance which is $1600.00 dollars now, it was $1900 and i have been paying money here and there when i could. I have been paying for my classes out of pocket and i had everything planned out, but something else had came into the way and i was unable to finish paying it off ontime for graduation. I can not graduate now due to a balance and I can not receive my degree due to balance. All of this has became stressful because it seems as when everything is going well something crazy comes and makes things worse.
