Help me pay wrongful traffic fine

I'd very much like your help paying this preposterous traffic fine.

Aside from how excacerbated the price itself is, what is more ridiculous is that I was fined for running a red light .... in a road where the traffic lights were broken.

This just shows to what extent the greek traffic control will go in order to squeeze some more money out of you.
