Help Me Pay Off My Car

I'm about ten thousand dollars in debt. I'm really struggling to make ends meet, and I even have to resort to asking my parents for money just to get by. I owe over $6000 on a car that I bought while I was in the Army, making payments of about $300 a month which I can no longer afford. My credit cards are maxed out due to not being able to pay my bills, adding about another $3000 to my debt. I also have an old bank account that is overdrawn by about $600. My overall debt adds up to about $10,000. All of those bills, along with other expenses (phone, food, gas, etc.), add up to over $1000 a month.

I am a full time college student, using my GI Bill to pay for college. The GI Bill pays me a housing allowance of about $600-$1200 dollars a month, which varies depending on how many weeks out of the month I go to school. That is determined by breaks between quarters. I've been trying to find part-time work on the side, which is nearly impossible in this small town.

Any help, even if just a dollar, would be greatly appreciated. Even if just my car can be paid off, that would help me out immensely. I would just like to get my life back on track so I can start enjoying life again. Thank you for reading! :)
