Help me pay my tuition fees

i'm firas jouini here from tunisia, i study in russia, i'm a freshment it's my first year i'm learning russian language and i am about to get the certificate of the first that will allowed me to continue and choose my favourite specialisation wich is radio and telecommunication ingineering an teachers telling me that i did great in exams, but now i have an immediate financial need, my family is having some hard times and cannot pay my tuition of 2,000 $ due the 25th of july 2017.

If you are aware of the rules for students here in the russian federation on student visas, they have certain requirements they have to meet, and one of those is that i have to be actively in school to be able to stay in the country, i am also not allowed to work part-time minimum wage jobs in my school wich ties my hands to be able to raise the money myself.

If i do not have this money by the deadline, i will be in violation of my visa and forced to return home not finishing my education. Please help stay in russia to achieve my goal.
