Help me pay my college’s fee

I need money to pay my college's fee because on October 29 i have final exam for my last sem. My parents can't afford to pay for my fee's because my mom need money too for her thyroid cancer treatment which is more important than my fee. I'm the only one in my siblings who further study. I want to change's my family life and want to make them proud of me. I was about to give up on my study but i feel like its a total waste if i give up after struggling during studying. Please help me im so desperate in need money before my final exam start.
