Help me pay medical costs ASD and ADHD

I am a man, 39 years old. I worked as an IT-consultant ERP.

A few years ago - after all my life feeling 'different'- I crashed at work. I just couldn't anymore. Burn-out they said. I stayed home for a few months and had some therapy. After that, I went back to work. Still feeling the same, not really feeling better, just couldn't afford, financially, to stay home longer.

After that and changing job (again) and becoming a father and changing girlfriend (again) it became clear to me that there must be something else that is different with me. Again, at a certain moment, I had to stop working because I just couldn't anymore. So, I went to psychologist/therapy again.

This one was a lot more competent then the first apparently. She thought I might have autism and that it causes burnout because I compensate all the time. I laughed it away at first, but after some thorough conversations I realised she could be right and I should let me be tested.

After being tested, the diagnosis came... ASD and ADHD.

Also the invoice for testing came... and medicines... and therapy...meanwhile I am at home, medical leave, and have two children to take (parttime) care for (2year old and 3months baby). To be clear, alone. Relations broke with the mothers.

Living with ASD and ADHD is not easy, it is really difficult. I am working in therapy to go back to work as soon as possible, but meanwhile I can't pay bills anymore nor food for family, and debt keeps rising.

This has almost broken me... mentally and financially. If I had known this diagnosis when younger, a lot of problems could have been avoided, like breaking up or changing jobs. But it is like this, working on it.

All this therapy, medicine, loss in pay, bills and children are just too much to pay for me at the moment. I can't even pay for a dentist or doctor at the moment.

I need help with it. If I could pay all my debt at once, I could start over. Buy decent food, clothes, doctor,... when my children are with me...
