Help me pay for my first semester of college

Hello,
My name is Jaclyn Herrmann and I am an 18-year-old recent high school graduate based in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. I should be attending Georgia State University this August, but I am having trouble with my financial aid. My family is low-income, and I qualify for the maximum amount of federal financial aid, but I was chosen for financial aid verification and my school keeps giving me the wrong information on how to complete this process, causing my award to be severely delayed. I currently have a very large bill for my tuition and room & board and no way to pay for it because my financial aid verification is taking a very long time. My bill is due on August 15th, a date that is rapidly approaching, and it's looking like I still won't have my financial aid awarded to me by then.
My family and I have planned my education costs around the estimated award amount on my FAFSA, but because it is so delayed, I have no way to pay for the majority of my first semester of college.
I have worked very hard to reach this point in my life. My family lost our home to foreclosure when I was a high school freshman and I struggled throughout high school to balance my school life and my personal life while my family worked to make ends meet. I worked several jobs throughout high school and managed to graduate with a 3.3 GPA. My family's situation has improved and we have a home now, and I plan to work even harder on my academics in college now that my life has gotten a bit more stable, but I need a little bit of a push to be able to attend this semester since my financial aid is being delayed.
