Help Me Pay for My Double Major Bachelor’s Degree

I need some help raising money to pay for my double major bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Actuarial Science. I was able to get a partial scholarship (70%) as I had a 4.0 GPA in high school and got a very high score on the admissions test (1520 on the SAT I). The problem is that I don't have enough money to pay for the first semester (January 2017). I need money to pay for the Enrollment Fees, the mandatory Health Insurance, the Tuition Fees and some extra for the books I need to buy.

I will be attending the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), which is considered one of the top bussiness schools in Latin America. It is one of Mexico's most important institutions of higher learning. Students of this university have come to occupy the highest positions in government: senators, congressmen, ambassadors and even a president of Mexico have graduated from this institution.
