Help me pay for my best friend’s knee surgery.

My best friend, Adi had her knee dislocate constantly every day since three months, She had a surgery, but they were really rude and they even failed the routine surgery. She has been in pain ever since, and is really afraid to go to the public hospital again, due to really bad experiences. Healthcare in our country is free, but if you want to get treated and treated well, you have to go to a private hospital. Her birthday is coming up soon, (in November) and i want to surprise her by doing this. She was always an energetic personality, who could not sit still for five minutes, and she got really depressed since she could'nt even walk by herself.
