Help Me Pay Debt College Loan

Hi! My name is Christiane, and I am a fighter!. 3 years ago I got seriously injured, and was not able to walk anymore. Almost all doctors said I wouldn´t walk again, It was horrible to hear that....

I found a great doctor who believed me and made my surgery, and I start to walk again, of course the surgery was very expensive, spine surgery, and all medicine we bought (morphine, Gabapentina, and so on), so we are still paying.
One year ago, after severeal physiotherapy sessions, I got better, and started to work again to pay the debts (from medical expenses).

This year I continue to chase my dream. Graduate from college. (Civil Engineering),
Now, I´m engaged and living with my true love. Who accepted me as I am, and all my medical issues, since I still have pain almost all days.
We, me and my fiance are studying together, we wakeup 6:30 am, we work all day (he is a mechanic, I am an English Teacher (kids), and secretary), after work we get a bus to another city (we don´t have college in the city we live), and we get back at home at 11:55 pm.
We are doing everything we can to pay rent, groceries, old debts, medications that I still use, and our college, but unfortanely is not enough! And we still want to get marry, maybe forward. This is my second dream *.*

I did a loan for my college, so my debt is R$ 49,376,25
And we still have another loan from my fiance (the same value). (but we will try pay later for this one).

I need help to graduate. I´m from Brazil, things here are very expensive. So, maybe you could help me with any value. Anything Anything would help!
