Help me Pay College Application Fees

I had saved up money to pay for my application fees and needed tests. I got accepted into two universities abroad. Unfortunately due to the Corona virus I wasn't allowed to go, thus I need to start the whole college application process all over again. Since I am not a U.S. resident, I need an English proficensy exam, like TOEFL or IELTS. In fall 2019 I did a TOEFL test, unfortunately I got 89 points, the minimum I need is 90-95 points. I was planning to re-take it in spring 2020, but then the pandemic happened.

I am planning on applying to four universities. Here are the tax fees plus the tax for the profisency exams:

Columbia University $110

Brown University $75

Yale University $80

New York University $80

English proficency exam: $250

Total meeded: $595

My dream since I was 12 years old was to study in an Ivy League university. Along the way, I had health issues (still ongoing) and my family needs to pay over 300 Bulgarian leva ($180) MONTHLY for medications. Still that didn't stand in my way of continuing to dream that one day I will be able to study in my dream university. But when that day came, there was something bigger than me going in the world.

I have faith that this shall pass very soon and maybe in a few years I mighy even write a book about it. That's what I want to do with my life - write. That's what I want to study in university - literature, creative writing, get a creative writing MBA.
