Help me pay a loan for my father

Hello. My name is Luna. My father had to take a loan of about $2577 from the government (40610 mvr roughly converts to 2577 USD) as a means to stay completely not broke and feed the four of his daughters including me. I am currently doing my degree with another loan from the government. I am in total of about $22702 in debt to my government. However Im only asking for my fathers loan. Because of this loan, I can see my fathers health slowly getting worse and recently got a heart attack due to this. Im humbly asking anybody willing to help for any sort of help. My only dream is to give my parents a break from life and tell them to relax for the first time in their life.
