Help me participate in IDEC

I'm a founder of a small independent school in Bulgaria that strives to show that change is possible even in a country with rigid educational system like ours. My school is the third free school in the whole country and all of us that work there put a lot of effort, love, commitment and our free time to make it a place where children`s needs and searches are respected and valued.
Our school aims to help the learners to become proactive and innovative change makers of tomorrow.
We are also a traveling school. Some of the money for the trips are raised by the kids from products they create in their art classes.
We have a network of artists working with our learners. The children explore the cultural life of the city on regular basis and have many opportunities to meet professionals from different areas that share their passions with them.
Being a part of such vivid school environment for me is important to learn all the time and to be informed about latest news in my work field. I try to participate in as many as possible events and conferences about free and democratic education.
This November there is the biggest world conference that happens once per year - IDEC. It will happen in Bangalore, India.
I need the money to go there and learn more so I can be valuable asset to my school, my students and my community.
Part of the requested amount is for the conference fee - 650USD, part for my travel expenses 1500USD and the rest is for unexpected needs.
I need the money till mid October, 2018 the latest.
