Help me out of debt

So, where do I begin. I was a student in one of Hungary's best universities. My mother, who supported me was very poor at the time, and after I turned 18 the government stopped giving her money for having me, so she wanted me to work a full time job while studying. I couldn't do it because the university alone was hard enough so she told me to leave home, and so I became homeless. I met a group of street punks who are as young as me and already homeless. They helped me in living on the street, but in the end they pulled me down even further. I began smoking, breaking the law, became an alcoholic, I've been using several drugs, including spice, ecstasy, weed, lighter refilling gas, and some other. I began making debt, in the form of student loans which I used for investing in a company which went bankrupt, police tickets, rail fines, and some more shady businesses. I went abroad in an attempt to flee from my problems, and make money, I've been in several countries, for example Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, but I always had to come back, and I almost never made any significant money. I stopped using drugs, except cigarette, and I am looking for a job, but even if I find one, I won't be able to get enough money in some weeks, when the debt collector will come, and might make my family leave the house. Please help
