HELP ME OPEN A RESTAURANT

Hi to all of you,

My name is Mohd Adzul Syafiq. I work as a Chef, for 17 years. But after 17 years in fnb as a chef (my last position was Head Chef), i choose to resign 24 hours.

Suddenly, just all the sudden, without thinking further and deeply, i resign. I dont have problem or make any trouble at work place, but like magic, i think i already wasted many years in my life.

Working as a Chef, off course you get paid well. But no life! Working from 9am-11pm daily make me wondering, is this going to be or is this what i want in my life?

I love cooking very much. Honestly. I loved cooking. But as long as i work with other people, i belive i will not "grow" like normal human being.

I want to have a balance life. Have time with family and friend but at the same time, full fill my commitment with the restaurant i worked for. But it seem imposibble if i still work as a chef. If only i have my own resturant or stall.

I dont have big dream. I dont want to be super rich or rich. As long as i can pay my own bills and some money for myself to spend, i am ok. But now, i am not young anymore. I will be 40's in the next 2 years but i still dont accomplish my mission in life.

My mission is to have my own foundation when i reach age 50! I wanted to help orphanaged and single moms also homeless. But i need steady and extra income. With my last salary, impossible for me to reach my mission.

I believe, restaurant+catering+event and canopy company, will be a great based and can generate more income for me to fast forward my mission.

But i need to open one (1) my own restaurant or stall from now. Then, after success, i will open more and more until i have enough money to run my own Foundation.

Now, after jobless, i do teaching private cooking class, smalll catering, selling food online, private tutor and personal driver!

My plan to open 1 small stall that sell.authenthic Malaysian, Thai and Indonesian cooking. I really good in asian cooking.

With my vast experience in fnb world, i believe i can success. I believe i can do it.

Help me to set up my first and my very own restaurant. Help me full fill my .dream.
