Help me neuter my dog

We got our female dog 2,5 yrs ago. Year after we rescued male dog from street. We were supposed to find him good loving home but our kid fell in love with him so we kept him and he became our other fur baby. Problem is she's not neutered and he's not castrated so every time she's in heat there is risk of mating. We can't afford to get puppies. If we had the money in the first place she would already be neutered. We r 1 income family and that income ain't big. I'm sick and can't work. Althou poor we always make sure our pets don't miss anything but we just can't afford to neuter her. We planned to do it few times but every time something in house would broke and need repair or buying new. Our car is broke for over a mnth now. Please help us raise the money to get her fixed. Would really hate to end up with puppies and not being able to find them home. There is so much dogs in shelters already, let's not add more to that number.
