Help me neuter and medical expense for my rescue cats

hello im 33 years old mental disorder fighter,due to my mental health i can't work but i like to rescue stray cats,i live with goverment money for poor people,so far i have 3 rescue cats,i cant have more because of medical,food and litter expense,and 2 months ago all my cats got flu and not recover yet,i already go to gov vet and try various of medicine but still not works on them,i hope with your help i can treat my cat sicness to better place than goverment vet,i also need neuter all my rescue cats,i hope everybody can help me so i cant help and rescue more stray cats
