Help me. My hand is burned.

Dear everyone, I was previously burn by hot petrol oil on my hand and forehead. It resulted in 2nd degree burn, and I needed to go for skin grafting and I'm still short of about 2000. It affects my daily life and I'm unable to work for the time being as my wound cant be exposed. It has to be treated soon if not the wound will be inflamed and it might not recover. Currently the treatment is pending due to my inability to fund for this treatment. I hope there are kind people who are willing to help. A small amount will be appreciated too.
